The surrounding area of Bucklebury Common is excellent for walking and mountain biking.  The River Kennet and Kennet & Avon Canal run nearby.  There are many pleasant village pubs and restaurants in the area.  Within one hour's drive are Windsor Castle, Blenheim Palace, Highclere Castle and Stratfield Saye House as well as the historic cities of Oxford, Winchester and Salisbury.

The accommodation has been inspected by the English Tourism Council and has a three-diamond rating.  One double bedroom is available with en-suite shower/WC, and a twin room is available at lower cost but with a shared bathroom.  Both rooms have television and tea/coffee making facilities and for those guests wishing to catch up on their email, internet access is available. Please note that no smoking is permitted in the bungalow.

A choice of breakfasts is available, including a traditional full English breakfast.
